Georg Hill Artist Management (GHAM) is a boutique management company committed to the promotion and cultivation of the art form of Jazz and the preservation of the American Songbook, fostering career growth and longevity of dedicated emerging and established talent.
Founder and president Georg Hill has over fifteen years experience in tour and artist management in the field of entertainment.
As Operations Manager to legendary song stylist Nancy Wilson, Georg traveled extensively with Ms. Wilson providing administrative support and specialized tasks as required. Georg reflects on his tenure and experience in this capacity as invaluable in his understanding the 'business of show.'
Through his association with Ms. Wilson, Georg gained access to and learned from one of the greatest artist managers in music business history — John Levy — who mentored Georg on many aspects of the business. Levy's list of clients represented a Who's Who of some of America's greatest musicians, including George Shearing, Nancy Wilson, Sarah Vaughn, Carmen McRae, Joe Williams, Cannonball Adderley, Shirley Horn, Ramsey Lewis, and Clairdee.
